DocuShare is a Xerox electronic content management solution that offers the flexibility to be hosted on a server or in the cloud. Some of the advantages that DocuShare offers, compared to free cloud storage providers such as Google Drive or Dropbox, include:

 

  • Xerox does not own a copy of your intellectual property if you host files on DocuShare.
  • Files types remain in their original format and are not converted. For example, Microsoft Excel files remain as Excel files, rather than being converted into the Google Sheets format.
  • Team collaboration with boundaries. You can choose who has editing permissions, and go a step further by deciding what elements of the document they can, and can’t, edit. Docushare even supports redactions that allows users to restrict who sees what in the editing of a document.
  • Seamlessly integrate with Xerox hardware with simple, one-touch workflows that route digitized documents directly into DocuShare.
  • Highly customizable, and integrates well with existing legacy systems and software. There are two lines of DocuShare, DochuShare 7 & DocuShare Flex.

DocuShare Flex

For small-to-medium businesses, Xerox offers Docushare Flex. With an affordable monthly subscription, and free software updates, users benefit from the scalability & flexibility of a cloud-hosted, and web-based, content management solution. Just like DocuShare 7, it can easily be configured to integrate with existing workflows, software, and legacy systems. At it’s core, DocuShare Flex comes equipped with:

  • A user-friendly web interface, and mobile app, with drag-and-drop functionality.
  • Process-based task assignment, escalation, and management.
  • Comprehensive reporting tools.
  • Document version control.
  • Secure cloud file storage.
  • Advanced security framework for governance, and secure collaboration.

  • Integrated web Capture.
  • Built-in optical character recognition, with full search capabilities.

DocuShare 7

DocuShare 7 is our premium enterprise content management solution. Designed for large-scale organizations, with complex workflows, DocuShare 7 can be customized to meet the needs of any workplace, and can be hosted on dedicated servers, or with a cloud hosting provider.

Before full-scale implementation, Xerox specialists will consult with DocuShare 7 users to fully map out workflows, and suggest automated improvements that can be achieved with DocuShare 7.

CapturePoint grants users the ability to easily convert hard copy documents into an editable format (Word, Excel, PDF, etc.), and send them to any number of cloud storage solutions, or email recipients. This solution can especially be useful for organizations who would like to go paperless, allowing them to digitize their company records for the purpose of moving them into cloud storage.

PaperCut is a print tracking software solution that eliminates waste, encourages responsible behavior, and makes users/departments accountable for their print usage. Through the PaperCut portal, CFOs/Managers/IT Personnel can assign print policies (black printing only, double-sided, individual user/departmental restrictions, etc.) across an entire network of printers.

Legal & Accounting Firms, Educational Institutions, and Real Estate Agencies.

XMedius is a fax-over-internet protocol technology solution that makes it possible to fax documents without the need for a fax line (much like emailing a document to a fax machine). Users get the security of complying with regulatory requirements, and the convenience of sending a fax, without the added expense of installing analog fax lines in their office. Similar to other software solutions we offer, XMedius can be self-hosted, cloud-based, or a hybrid of the two.

XMedius also offers a number of powerful add-ons that allow users to customize it’s functionality, and integrate with a number of other applications.

Weever Apps excels in automating processes in routine workflows such as accounts receivables, warehousing, hiring, and maintenance (schedule tracking, auto-assigning work orders, scheduling quality inspections, etc.).

A Weever solution is typically positioned at the beginning of a paper-based workflow, such as receiving an invoice, or a digital resume file, then performs an automatic conversion that replaces the manual task of receiving and filing each document, greatly increasing administrative efficiencies.
