Ready to learn how easy it is to begin using Xerox Secure Print in your office? Here’s how to begin.

  1. To send your print job using Xerox Secure Print, select the printer and printer properties you wish to use.
  2. Under the JOB TYPE category, change the selection from NORMAL PRINT to SECURE PRINT.
  3. If you’re using Xerox Secure Print for the first time, you’ll be required to enter your passcode in the designated fields. After doing so, select OK to print your job.
  4. At this point, your print job will remain in the print queue until you arrive at the device and complete the required steps.
  5. After arriving at the printer, you’ll need to locate the JOB STATUS button on the printer’s control panel. Select the SECURE PRINT jobs tab.
  6. Select your document folder and enter your passcode. This authorization will be the same passcode you used to send the job to the printer. Press ENTER.
  7. Specify a job to print or select RELEASE ALL to release all of the jobs in your Xerox Secure Print folder. Press RELEASE.
  8. When the printer has successfully released and printed your Secure Print job, press the SERVICES HOME button on the upper left-hand corner of the device control panel to exit. That’s it!
