Facilities Manager 3.4.0R now features the best ECi e-automate integration of any 3rd party Remote Monitoring and Management tool.
Print Audit Facilities Manager is a powerful, easy to use managed print services tool designed to remotely collect meter reads, automate supplies fulfillment and report service information for managing fleets of printers, copiers and multi-function devices. The product is included in Print Audit’s Premier membership program which gives office equipment dealers virtually unlimited access to all of Print Audit’s products for one low monthly price.
Facilities Manager version 3.4.0 adds the ability to synchronize asset tags and location indicators from ECi e-automate. This is significant because it removes the need to maintain two systems whenever new customers are brought on, and when changes occur to individual printers within current sites. Information entered into e-automate will now be automatically updated and reflected in Facilities Manager.
